Upper management of the factory carries out a short survey using a tablet or a book, indicating every style change on a treatment line, and follow-through of the intervention. The survey asks about which line is starting the garment and which line had already produced it, the line supervisors involved, the garment itself, and a few questions about the perceived quality of communication of the line supervisors instructing the briefing. The tablets send each report directly to a server upon completion, and the books are collected regularly. Thus, adherence to the experimental protocol can be monitored during the experiment.
