Virginia Minni works on questions in labor, organizational, and development economics, with a special interest in the causes and consequences of the (mis)allocation of talent among entrepreneurs and innovators. She collaborates with large organizations to study why some people reach their potential in the labor market while others do not, which frictions prevent it, and how to alleviate them.
Virginia holds a PhD in Economics from The London School of Economics (LSE)
