Jorge Guzmán teaches Corporate Strategy and Entrepreneurial Strategy at Columbia Business School. His research is focused on the economics of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship policy, and entrepreneurial strategy. Jorge is a founding member of the Startup Cartography Project, a project that aims to measure the geographic distribution of entrepreneurship for the whole United States, and a research affiliate at the MIT Innovation Initiative. He holds a PhD in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management, an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Tec de Monterrey, in Monterrey, Mexico.
