Ina Ganguli is an Assistant Professor at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She works on topics related to how individuals acquire and use their skills, particularly on science and innovation, immigration, and gender issues.
Much of her work is focused on the behaviour of high-skilled "knowledge" workers - scientists and engineers. Ina holds a PhD in Public Policy – Economics from Harvard University, a MPP in Public Policy from the University of Michigan, and a BA in Mathematical Methods in Social Sciences, and Political Science from Northwestern University.
