Igor is the post-doctoral researcher for the Economic Policy, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship group at the University of Kassel, Germany. He received his doctoral degree at the Friedrich Schiller University, Jena, at the group DFG “Economics of Innovative Change.” He provides lab, lab-in-field, and field experiments (including randomised controlled trials) to tackle issues that range from entrepreneurial training, to policies, to academic spin-offs.
He conducts randomised controlled trials and lab-in-field experiments to study which entrepreneurial training boost entrepreneurial activity. He also conducts field experiments in labour market to study discrimination against entrepreneurs.
