Elizabeth Lyons is an Assistant Professor of Management at UC San Diego's School of Global Policy and Strategy. She received her PhD in Strategic Management from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management in 2014. Her research primarily employs lab and field experiments to test questions related to organisational and innovation economics with labor and management as a common underlying theme. Her research has been published in the Journal of International Economics, American Economic Journal: Applied Economics, Strategic Management Journal, and featured in the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and other major media outlets. She is a recipient of the 2016 Kauffman Junior Faculty Fellowships in Entrepreneurship Research.
