Project
Innovation Governance in the Philippines
This project, led by the Singapore-based Chandler Institute of Governance, aims to determine the optimal institutional and governance structures in the Philippines to support the country’s transition to Upper-Middle Income Country (UMIC) status. The research involves investigation, analysis and evaluation of current governance structures in a number of key areas, the identification of indicators to benchmark the country’s performance, analysis of relevant comparator countries and the development of recommendations for how the Philippines can optimise its governance structures in the future. IGL is serving as a thematic expert for this project, leading a strand of work looking at innovation and technology governance arrangements.
