Patrick Gaule

CERGE-EI

Patrick Gaule is an applied microeconomist specialising in the economics of science and innovation. He is an assistant professor of economics at CERGE-EI, a joint workplace of Charles University and the Czech Academy of Science.

He holds a PhD from the Federal Polytechnic School of Lausanne (EPFL) and was a postdoctoral fellow at MIT, Harvard and the NBER between 2009 and 2012.
