Michal Hodor is an Assistant Professor in the Coller School of Management at Tel Aviv University. She received her PhD in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Her research focuses on Labor Economics, Personnel Economics, and Health Economics. What ties her research together is a focus on data-driven empirical analysis. One line of her work examines the factors shaping employee performance, while another explores individual decision-making under asymmetric information in insurance markets.
