Elena Novelli is Professor of Strategy at Bayes Business School. She holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. cum laude in Business Administration from Bocconi University. She is currently the Chair of the Technology and Innovation Management Division of the Academy of Management. Her research, based on natural, lab and field experiments, explores how decision making affects performance and value capture for firms and individuals. Her most recent work has explored these issues with a series of Randomized Control Trials in the context of entrepreneurial firms.
Her work has been published in top academic journals including Academy of Management Review, Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal, Academy of Management Annals, Research Policy, and the Journal of Management.
