Carlos Victoria Lanzón

Carlos Victoria Lanzón is a public policy consultant, university lecturer and researcher. He holds a BSc in Economics (University of Murcia) and a MSc in Economics and Finance (CEMFI), and he is finishing his PhD at Complutense University of Madrid where he teaches courses in Microeconomics. Since 2016, he has been working in the field of public policy, both in/with public and private organizations such as the World Bank, the Interamerican Development Bank, BEREC, and several Ministries and other agencies. He designs, implements and evaluate projects related to employment, training, social protection and digitalization.
