Arpita Chatterjee

Arpita Chatterjee is a senior economist at the Federal Reserve Board (Trade and Quantitative Studies Section, International Finance Division). Previously, she was an associate professor of economics at the University of New South Wales and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. She completed her PhD in economics from Princeton University in 2010. Her research fields are international trade and macroeconomics and applied econometrics. She is interested in applied and theoretical research on macroeconomic policies for both advanced and emerging countries and in how these policies interact with globalization.
