Adriana Mata is a production engineer with an MBA. She has 15 years of experience in social work. Adriana works at CAF Development Bank, running impact evaluations in 8 Latin American countries. She has worked in both the private and NGO sector, having managed educational programs for more than 2,500 people. Her research work is mainly concerned with social inclusion (health, education), productivity and entrepreneurship programmes. Adriana teaches basic statistics course and she is an impact evaluation mentor for social enterprises.
